New layout and another avatars update

I hope you all like our new layout, which was made by Julien. It is not fully up yet, we still have to fix it and put up some things.

Also there is small avatar update, I like to bring you all a choice, so load down whatever you like and use on messageboards, or put on your site. Credit to Just-Aaliyah would be nice too, if u use them.

I really miss the old layout, which was smaller and compact. But I like the colors in this one. Great job on the site its nice to see a new aaliyah website. ps: thx for linking my group
